drum circlesA fun night of drumming for all to join in. All levels are welcome! There will be a bit of instruction and ALOT of drumming. Feel free to bring any of your favorite drum and hand percussion instruments. Dancing is also welcomed and encouraged. This drum circle will have a facilitator leading the session.

sound meditationsOur sound meditations are held in a cozy, open-beamed room that overlooks the State Forest.
We use ancient gongs, crystal bowls, + enchanting chimes to induce a deeply relaxed state.Experiencing sound in this way has the potential to expand consciousness, relieve stress, increase mental clarity, calm the emotions + bring the body into balance. |
